What is Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a non-invasive, natural therapy which is safe and is used for a variety of acute and chronic health complaints.  The principal treatment modalities of a Naturopath are an assessment of nutrition, dietetics and hydration advice.

What is a Naturopath

A Naturopath is a Health Practitioner who uses natural therapies to restore good health to their patients.  Naturopaths empower Patients to take responsibility for their own health by teaching self-care and enabling them to help themselves by using the “Triad of Health” which illustrates the connection and interaction between the structural, biochemical and emotional components.

Naturopaths use the power of food and water to aid and facilitate in healing, and patients, by learning only a few changes to their daily habits, can achieve benefits for themselves and find the key to good health.
