Location
As you can see, we are located in the North of Scotland, in the ancient Royal Burgh of Forres. If you are visiting the area we are well connected to the main transport arteries. We are on the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road. Forres Railway Station 2 minutes from town centre; Inverness Airport 25 minutes by car/taxi. Nearby attractions include The Findhorn Foundation, hillwalking in the Grampian Mountains, sailing in Findhorn Bay, and in summertime Forres itself is festooned with flowers for the annual ‘Britain in Bloom’ competition. For more on Forres click here to see a good web site. Or check out the local newspaper’s web pages The Forres Gazette.

Bank Lane is a pedestrian lane running south from High Street. There is a nearby free car-park, access to which is gained from Tolbooth Street, turning right at the bottom of the hill, and then right again.

There is also pedestrian
and cycle access from High Street,
beside the Bank Of Scotland.
