To the BA Vintage Working Weekend website. Each year at Lyne of Skene in Aberdeenshire we host one of the major Vintage Vehicle events in the North East of Scotland. There is something for everyone – Major line up of 400 New and Vintage Tractors, many of which take part in a road run. Tractor pulling super sledge demonstration, magnificent Steam Engine ploughing demonstration, present day Ploughing Demonstrations; a past reminder of ploughing with Clydesdale horses, and back to the bronze age, ploughing with an Ard. Wide range of stationary engines, a steam driven threshing mill and saw bench. Family entertainment includes a Military Encampment, remote controlled boats on the pond, display of model planes, farmyard, rides on the BA Express Train, local young musicians, bouncy castles, carnival ride, and lots more! Craft and trade stands, and refreshments.

The event is spread over 32 acres, so wear appropriate footwear and come and join us for our 9th annual event on 19/20 May 2012. Transport is provided to get you round the fields. Gates open at 0930 and entertainment starts at 11am.
